Analyze how you’ve adapted to the demands of this course over the past week, and evaluate one strength and one challenge you anticipate as we progress, justifying your insights with personal examples.

Prompt Response: I've adapted to the course over the past week by getting used to having a routine of completing things and I'm getting back in my habit of staying busy. One strength was adaptation , how quick I got used to it and one challenge I anticipate as we progress is being overwhelmed with a lot of work from this class and especially others as well.

Summary: Today in class we worked on our cultural identity mask and went over the requirements for our mask reflection paper.

Reflection: One thing I learned today was the correct way and format of typing a reflection paper.
