DECEMBER 1st

 Prompt Response:  Something MEANINGFUL and memorable I experienced over the break was spending time with my cousins. I say this because we are usually always busy or do our own thing so, I was thankful we were able to get together.

Summary: Today In class we read the book the color purple and reflected on the letters 

Reflection: I learned how to use my critical thinking skills to understand words that did not make sense.

I say this because growing up with my mother and little sister we would visit the beach often since we lived in France and we would have picnics there with friends and family.   Prompt Response:  Gender roles or patriarchy influence my identity by it represents how I am and how I see certain things and certain people. Summary: Today in class we went over cultural Identity and how certain people have different traditions and doing certain things. Reflection:  Today in class I learned how certain culture have traditions and legacy's that last for over decades.
