Prompt Response: A time I was on a hike was went I went to the blue ridge mountains on a cabin trip with friends and cousins. The more that I would go up the mountain the more I felt the strain in my legs and calves physically. Mentally It felt like an never ending mountain because once you think you got to the top, there is more. What I learned from this experience was that It was a mental battle that she just had to keep pushing yourself.
